     In 1994, Richard Wilson and John Perry started a paint contracting company with the sole purpose of Pioneering the Beauty and Power of Paint. 

     Art & Design has been able to build a great relationship with our clients by maintaining a consistant work force and high quality product, while keeping a competetive price.  When you hire A&D for one project, you can count on the same crew of professionals being there for the next.
